All peer-reviewed, accepted, and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
Author Resources & Ethics
IEEE Compliance Standards
- Submissions must strictly adhere to IEEE Author Ethics & Requirements.
- All submitted papers undergo rigorous peer review for scope and originality.
- Plagiarism, dual submission, and self-plagiarism will result in immediate paper rejection.
- Authors must complete the required IEEE eCopyright clearance prior to final submission.
Presentation Guidelines
In-Person Technical Sessions
- Format: Presentations must follow the specified template on the conference website.
- Time Limit: Each presenter is allotted 15 minutes (including Q&A). Strict timing is enforced.
- Slides Submission: Submit presentation slides via email one week before the conference.
- Q&A Session: Presenters must actively engage in the Q&A session following their presentation.
IEEE No-Show Policy Notice
Papers that are not presented in person at the conference will not be considered for final publication in the IEEE Xplore proceedings. All authors are strongly encouraged to attend and present their work during their scheduled technical sessions to ensure inclusion.
